The job
You agree a set of figures once. It keeps them current from the systems you already run, and writes the paragraph explaining what moved. The numbers are calculated, not guessed at — the model writes the words around them.

- Pulls from your accounting, booking and invoicing systems
- Keeps the agreed figures current: revenue, what is owed, what is booked
- Flags a number that has moved more than it usually does
- Writes the plain-English note explaining the movement

How far it goes on its own
Reads and reports only. No write access to any system. Every figure is computed by a query written and checked at setup — the model never invents a number, it only explains one.
Where it is weak
- It answers the figures you agreed, not any question you think of. Free-form questions against a live database are wrong often enough, and confidently enough, that we do not sell it.
- It reports what your systems contain. If the bookkeeping is behind, so is the dashboard.
- No bank feed. It sees a transaction once your accounting system has it.
- It is not a forecast. It says what happened, not what will.
What leaves your building
- Whichever of your systems are cloud — your accounting package almost certainly is. It reads them; nothing new is sent anywhere.
