The job

Books, reminds, and recovers no-shows over mail and your web form. Reads the request, finds the slot, confirms it, and follows up so the diary stays full. Client names and appointment histories stay in your building.

• Mail and web only. If customers book by phone, a human still answers it.
• Your booking rules have to be written down first — buffers, travel time, double bookings, and the regular who always wants Friday afternoon.

What leaves your building

• Your calendar provider and your mail provider, both of which already hold this data.
• NOT the telephone. We do not build live phone answering.
