Where it is weak

• It drafts documentation, not legal advice. It cannot tell you that you are compliant.
• A confident wrong answer is most expensive here, so it cites the requirement it drafts against and leaves gaps visible rather than filling them.
• Clean printed forms read reliably. Handwriting does not — a scribbled timesheet photographed in a van is the hardest thing you can give it, and it will ask rather than guess.
