The job

Works the shared inbox — info@, sales@, kontakt@. Reads what arrives, decides who owns it, drafts the reply in your house voice, and chases what went quiet. Contracts, quotes and personal data all sit in that one mailbox.

What it does

• Watches the mailbox over IMAP — nothing is forwarded anywhere
• Sorts each mail: what it is, how urgent, whose desk
• Pulls context from past threads, quotes and price lists
• Drafts in your house voice, names the attachments
• Re-surfaces anything unanswered past your interval

How far it goes on its own

Drafts and files unattended. Never sends: every outbound mail waits for a human click in your normal mail client.

Where it is weak

• House voice needs calibration on your own sent mail. Out of the box it writes generic business English.
• Danish on a 27B open model is good, not native. Test it against your own past replies.
• A shared inbox holds personal data. This role needs a line in your GDPR record of processing; the guide has the wording.

What leaves your building

• Your mailbox provider. On Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace the mail is already there; this reads it over IMAP and adds nobody new. Nothing is forwarded for processing.
