The job
Employment paperwork drafted from your own templates against the list Danish law has required in writing since July 2023. Contracts, addenda when pay or hours change, offer letters, job ads, the first-week pack and the staff handbook. A required list plus your own template is the shape a model this size handles most reliably: a missing item is checkable, not a judgement.

How far it goes on its own
Drafts and checks. It never decides anything about a person: not who to hire, not what to pay, not whether to keep them.
Where it is weak
- It never reads a CV, never ranks or scores a candidate, and never scores an interview answer. Screening people is high-risk under the EU AI Act and we refuse it.
- It does not draft warnings, dismissals or redundancy. That letter is written with a lawyer, from the first phone call.
- You set the pay. It never proposes a number, and market pay data is not on your machine.
- It checks one contract at a time against a list your adviser wrote. It does not write the list, and it does not tell you a contract is lawful.
- It does not go near payroll, holiday accrual or anyone's payslip.
- Reading the whole handbook at once to find where two sections contradict each other it does badly, on any machine.
