The conversation
The first step is a conversation. Tell us who needs to use it and what kinds of papers it must hold. We will tell you which machine belongs in the house — or if none does. There is no obligation, and we do not chase people.
The machine
We choose the machine for your household and supply it. It is installed in the house — a desk-side machine for most households; a small rack for several people working at once. Ordinary cooling, an ordinary room; we check the spot and the power with you.
Your papers
We index only the documents you choose. From then on, the work — reading, answering, drafting, translating — happens on the machine, in the room. No AI company ever sees it.
The people you trust
We show you and the people you trust how to use it, on your own documents, until you can use it without us. You have a named person to call.
The yearly service
The machine is yours, and it keeps working without us. The yearly service is what keeps it current: checks, updates, tuning to your affairs, advice on what belongs on it — and what should never go in. One named person, one point of contact.
What we do not promise
- Your mail, your phone and your banking keep running through their own providers. That does not change.
- No machine fixes another program's limits.
- The machine writes from what you give it. Check what matters.
- Your name, your papers and your family stay private: nothing is published or shared without your written permission.
The yearly service includes ten hours of consultation a year; anything beyond that is billed by the hour.
