Is it as good as the big AI services?
For this work — reading your papers, answering questions across them, drafting letters in your voice, translating — yes; that is exactly what it is built for. It is not built to be everything, and it writes only from what you give it. Where it differs is where the work happens: on your machine, in your house.
Who maintains it?
We do — that is the yearly service. Checks, updates, tuning to your affairs, and a named person to call. The machine also keeps working without us: if we disappeared tomorrow, it would still run, with your documents on it. What would stop is the updates.
What if it breaks?
You call the named person. Most things can be fixed remotely, with your approval; some need a visit. If a part fails, it goes through the maker's warranty. Before you decide, we put in writing exactly what we promise — and what we do not.
Can my assistant use it?
Yes. The machine is for the household — you, your family, and the people you trust, such as an assistant or an accountant. If several people need to work on it at the same time, we size for that. The machine prepares the work; you approve what goes out.
What does it cost?
We do not put a number on a page. What it costs depends on the machine your household needs and the service that keeps it current — and you get it in writing, as a quote, after we understand what you need. The first conversation costs nothing.
What about my phone and email?
They stay exactly as they are. Your mail goes through your mail provider, your calls through your phone company, your banking through your bank. The machine drafts the letter; you send it. That line does not move.
Do you work with family offices?
Yes. The same offer, sized for several people working at once and the largest archives — with a dedicated rack spot and a power check. It starts the same way: tell us what it must hold.
Will it send anything out without me?
No. The machine prepares; you approve. Nothing you give it is sent to an AI company. If a task ever needed something the machine cannot do, we would name it and ask you first — never quietly, and never without your word.
I am not technical. Can I use it?
That is the point. If you can write an email, you can use it. We set it up, and we sit with you until it feels ordinary.
